Cancellation Policy
Shortened Stays
Fredricks on Smith will not be held responsible for any shortened stay of the Guest, including any reason of bad weather or other frustration of Guest's particular purpose. See the Lease Agreement for Additional Details.
Cancellation of Stay Prior to Term of Lease
Cancellations must be made at least two-weeks (fourteen days) prior to the beginning of your lease period. Any cancellation made after that will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
